Chronic or complex conditions like disc injuries or long-standing postural problems may require a longer course of care. After your initial assessment, Dr. Hamilton or Dr. Nimchuk will give you a clear treatment plan with an expected timeline so you know what to expect.

ART, shockwave therapy, and kinesiotaping are particularly well suited to athletic presentations. Your initial visit is 45 minutes and includes a full assessment before any treatment begins. Dr. Hamilton or Dr. Nimchuk will review your health history, identify the source of your complaint through orthopedic and neurological testing, and explain their findings. If appropriate, treatment begins in the same session. You'll leave with a clear understanding of your diagnosis and a recommended plan of care.
