Hi, I’m Stephanie! I’m a freshly minted Master of Social Work graduate with a background in Health and Exercise Science and Psychology. That’s a lot of words and years in classrooms to say one simple thing: my passion is supporting people live their happiest, healthiest lives, whatever that looks like for them. I truly believe that supporting the mind-body connection is the best way that I can support you.

Outside of school and research, I’ve continued expanding my skills through trainings in attachment theory, polyvagal theory, narrative therapy, Gestalt therapy, CBT, and CBT-E. I support individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, grief, disordered eating, body-image concerns, life transitions, healthy aging, or challenges related to performance and health. Because I never lose sight of the mind-body connection, I enjoy incorporating walk-and-talk therapy, progressive muscle relaxation, and mat therapy—where we ditch the chairs (and sometimes the shoes!) to meet on a yoga mat and release tension from both body and mind. My background in health and exercise science gives me a unique lens to recognize the physical patterns of stress, trauma, and tension, while my clinical training equips me to hold space for emotional processing and meaningful change. My practice emphasizes trauma-informed care, nervous system regulation, and evidence-based approaches, meeting each client where they are. My goal is to help clients develop resilience, deepen self-awareness, and strengthen the connection between mind and body.

At the core, I believe that lasting change happens when people feel safe, seen, and empowered. Therapy with me is collaborative, client-centered, and tailored to your unique goals. I integrate curiosity, compassion, structure, and creativity to help you navigate life, heal, and grow in ways that are meaningful to you.

If you’re curious about how to strengthen your mind-body connection, support your mental health, or find balance in your life, welcome—I’m so glad you’re here.
