Hi, I’m Natasha, and I’m here to offer a safe, supportive space where you can sort through what’s going on, feel heard, and begin to find your footing again. Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and practical. Together, we’ll untangle patterns, calm your nervous system, and move from coping to real, lasting change. Alongside emotional support, I also help you build practical tools and direction so you can reconnect with yourself and move toward your goals. Over the past 9 years I have been working in the mental health field in supporting individuals and families across counselling, child welfare, community outreach, shelter work, and nature-based wellness.
As a RSW and RCC I offer counselling in Kelowna and online across BC for folks navigating burnout, anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem challenges, and life transitions. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, connected, and like yourself again. My approach is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I focus on creating a safe space where you can show up as you are—without pressure or judgment. I love to bring genuine connection into sessions, because therapy doesn’t need to feel heavy or intimidating to be effective.
I work from a strengths-based, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressive lens, meaning I consider your identity, lived experience, culture, support systems, and nervous system needs. Therapy is tailored to you, so we focus on what actually fits and works in your life. I utilize Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, mindfulness and trauma-informed approaches to create collaborative, supportive sessions where we explore patterns, build practical coping tools, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
With children, I specialize in play-based therapy and attachment-focused family work, supporting emotional expression through play and strengthening parent-child connection. I also work closely with caregivers to build understanding and emotional safety at home.
I believe healing involves both mind and body, and I support clients in reconnecting with themselves in a way that feels grounded, compassionate, and sustainable. Whether you’re in a difficult season or working toward deeper growth, I would be honoured to support you in that process.
